Well this happened when I was around 12 years old. I had to move to another city in the same state, but with someone else. We lived in these apartments on the second level.
On the first level, bottom right side, there was a guy that I had only seen once. I remember him wearing glasses and being pretty bald. He had came to the door (patio) to look out, but only after the dog ran away from it. Well my chore was to take the trash out daily. Every time I was alone to take out the trash, the dog in that apartment on the lower level would furiously bark at me for no reason. If we all left out together, the dog would not bark at all. It was as if I was being singled out. This went on for about a year.
One night I took out the trash and the dog was barking at me again, so I decided that I would agitate him. I knew he couldn't get to me so I thought it would be funny to piss him off. Worst mistake ever.
That night, when it was time for bed, I fell asleep. I had to leave my door open and the parents closed theirs. I remember waking up in the middle of the night, which is something I don't even do today. I woke up and just sat there. I don't know why but I could see the dog in the living room. I can't tell you how it got inside the apartment because we had regular locks and a deadbolt lock on the door. The reason I think it may have been a shapeshifter is because of what happened and I read that they can come through chimneys (not sure how much of that is true) and we had a fireplace.
Anyway, the dog was in the living room and I swear I had peripheral vision. I saw the dog transform into a werewolf in our living room. I saw it walk down the hall and to my bedroom and stopped. I was so terrified and couldn't really do too much. It started coming towards me with it's hand up as if he was going to kill me. I remember throwing the covers over my head and saying "I'll stop, I'll stop (messing with him while taking out the trash)!"
As I said that, he backed up and went back towards the living room and vanished. I didn't tell my parents because they would have thought I was crazy or seeking attention. I never told anyone in my family about this either.
The next day, I had the take the trash out after dinner, as with every other night. The dog ran to the window and just sat down and watched me the entire time. Didn't bark a single time! The message I felt it was telling me was that "You know what I can do. Leave me alone!" I looked at the dog for a few seconds and went back inside. Till this day I have never messed with a dog that way.
People can say I'm lying and can call me crazy, I don't care! I know what happened to me. I find it odd that I only saw a guy once in that apartment. Shortly after this happened to me, they/he moved. I have only told this story once last year, until now, but still haven't told any family members. When that episode of Paranormal Witness aired with about the werewolf in Ohio and the Wolf Pack, it brought tears to my eyes because I experienced something similar. I still get tears even thinking about it, from seeing and hearing ghosts, this was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me!
