Not Sure What It Is, But I'm Scared

It started like 2 months ago. It's not everyday but its scares the crap out of me when it happens. Okay here it is...

Every now and then I'll wake and am unable to move or open my eyes, but I can feel something over me and it usually tells me it's coming for me. Then I started to sleep with a cross by my bed. After a while it didn't happen so I just shrugged it off.

One night I was watching T.V. and my sister wouldn't stop bugging me so I put my lazy boy chair in front of the door. I ended up drifting off to sleep. Around 1 o'clock-ish... BAM! My door swings open and my chair goes all the way to the other side of the room. I hear someone say "you cant stop me!" After that I started to sleep with the lights on.

Now just last week it happened again, but I was able to see it. It was completely black but had eyes that glowed red like they were staring into my soul and it had claws that dug into my bed on both sides of my face. It told me that it was almost there. I about pissed myself. Then I wake up and I'm thinking 'thank god it was a dream', but then I look at my bed and the holes from the claws are still there!

Can you guys help me? My parents think I'm paranoid.
