Impossible?!

I was laying on my bed when I got up to get a drink of water. I stopped suddenly in the middle of the room and I think I had some sort of future/past thing or an astral projection, but my vision kinda blurred up a bit and when it happened there were words painted in blood ("he will come for us","it's happening again","dogdogdogdog").

The first two, in parenthesis, made some sense but the third made no sense at all. After a while I thought I heard someone say "Hey! You're not supposed to be there!" and then I blacked out.
