I have noticed something truly odd about my behaviour every time a natural disaster occurs.
My mood all of a sudden crashes and I my emotions turn raw. But once the disaster has happened I seem to be fine again.
Example:
A few weeks ago, an earthquake hit my hometown, and it was a big one. For that entire day my mood was sour and I was really irritable. That night, the earthquake hit. And afterwards it was like I wasn't even in a bad mood.
I felt weird for the whole day, and could constantly feel this energy around me that weighed me down, and not to mention this rumble-like noise that I heard off-and-on throughout the day.
Does anybody out there know what this could mean/be?
