I Do Not Understand

I had an argument with my husband, went to bed could not sleep. Hours later I was sleeping great and I felt a cold hand on my arm that was out of the covering I had over me. It squeezed my arm very tight, I could feel the cold of its hand. I could not breathe or move. It only lasted a few seconds and then it was gone. I was so confused.

I woke my husband up and told him something squeezed my arm tight. He just rolled over and back to sleep for him. I sat on the edge of the bed trying to play back what had happened to me in my mind. Was I dreaming? Did an evil spirit just grab me? Is this what a heart attack feels like?

My arm was actually sore the next day. I am 99% sure an evil spirit grabbed my arm. I have no idea why this happened. A neighbor told me a lady died in my house. I had the back of my shirt pulled once. I have heard footsteps on the stairs. My husband was left alone in the house one day and heard the footsteps also. He got out of his chair to see how could I have gotten into the house with out him knowing. I was not at home.

I have prayed and burned sage.. The house was peaceful and now it is touching me if that is what it is. Why me instead of my husband? I cannot afford to move. Please advise me. It is scary.
