Alien Abduction or a Dream?

Okay so before I begin I do believe in aliens but about what I'm about to share I don't know what it was. It was last summer and I had taken a pill to heal my headache, but by this time it had gone away and I was fully awake but I was trying to sleep.

It was about 3 or 2 AM and I was lying on my left shoulder when all of the sudden I was pushed onto my back. My eyes opened and was trying to move back on my shoulder but I couldn't move any parts of my body. Only my eyes. I tried to scream but only made an out of breathe noise. You know how when you get shocked and you feel a spark in your body? That's how I felt. This only lasted for about a few minutes and as soon as it stopped I jumped out of bed and ran to my older brother.

I woke him up and told him what happened, but he didn't believe me. There's only one person that does and that would be my friend (who had an alien experience cuz that's what I called it) and to this very day I still don't know what happened. If you guys know could you tell me?
